Not only is Mold and Mildew unsightly it is a health hazard for people and pets."Mold is a simple, tiny living organism that grows wherever it gets enough water to reproduce. It eats the material it grows on." It can deteriorate most building materials used on your property.

The exterior cleaning solution we use breaks down dirt and stains and is an EPA Registered mildewcide that kills mold and mildew and helps prevent regrowth. It is safe to use near plants and shrubs without harm on trim, siding, decks, fences, brick, vinyl, aluminum, roofs and concrete.

After wetting down all plants, shrubs and flowers the cleaner is applied and regulated through our pressure washing machine to maintain the proper solution to water ratio using a soft and gentle applicator attachment tip.We allow the solution to presoak the surface giving it time to kill the mold and mildew and break down dirt and stains as we go around and lightly pressure wash. Having the availability of high pressure in our hands also allows us to remove heavier grime and stains when necessary. Presoak alone will not remove the stubborn black streaks on some gutters. We offer an addition labor extensive service of scrubbing them with a soft bristle brush upon request. We can also remove the debris from inside the gutters and flush them to assure proper flow. An overflowing gutter not only erodes the landscape but can cause interior damage as the water track downward to the fascia, sofitts, walls and basement.
